Nicolle Flint has expressed much views 'in' and 'out' of politics, and is a "woman whom has no vacancy for male verbal or written abuse" and yet forced out of politics as she wanted to dress like a woman. Though as a "woman" she still contends with areas that do not provide the necessary funcyion for a woman to live or be appreciated.

Recently, her views of roads maintenance programmes is not sighted as politics, but ensuring emergency, and law enforcement vehcile can accessibly used the roads so her farm and her neighbouring woman can provide the services to their female counterparts, where if a injury or fire were to erupt, that services will not be injured in the charter of their services.
